Who We Are

Who We Are

The Healing Servant Team is a gentle, trauma-informed counseling practice right here in Phoenix. We care deeply about supporting children, teens, adults, couples, and families through therapy that honors the mind, body, nervous system, and heart.

We brought this practice to life with a simple, meaningful intention: to create a space where you don’t have to carry everything by yourself.

We truly believe that real healing happens within safe, connected relationships—places where your whole self and your unique lived experiences are truly seen and valued. Whether you are navigating a season of change, sitting with pain, or moving through a major transition, we are here to offer steady, compassionate, and deeply thoughtful care every step of the way.

What We Believe

People often come to therapy carrying experiences that have shaped how they relate to themselves and others—through the body, the nervous system, emotions, relationships, and identity.

We believe therapy is not about fixing people. It is about creating space for understanding, regulation, and reconnection to emerge over time.

Our work is rooted in:

  • Trauma-informed awareness and safety
  • Somatic understanding of the nervous system
  • Attachment-based healing and relational repair
  • Respect for each person’s story and pace

We meet people where they are, without expectation, and support the gradual process of building capacity for safety, connection, and change.

What Makes Our Practice Different

What Makes Our Practice Different

At the Healing Servant Team, therapy is about so much more than just managing symptoms. It is a gentle invitation to explore deeper patterns of healing that connect your emotional world with your body’s nervous system.

We walk alongside people as they navigate:

  • Deep-seated trauma and a restless or overwhelmed nervous system
  • Early attachment wounds and the way we connect in relationships
  • Emotional overwhelm, anxiety, and the heavy weight of everyday stress
  • The tender spaces of grief, loss, and major life transitions
  • The complex tangles of family and relationship conflict

Together, we will help you understand not just what you are feeling, but how your inner system learned to protect itself in the first place—and how real, lasting healing can unfold when you are truly supported and understood.

Grounded, Respectful Care

Grounded, Respectful Care

We aim to offer a therapeutic space that feels calm, respectful, and human.

Every person’s story is unique, and we approach each one with curiosity rather than judgment.

Whether someone is navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, relational pain, or a season of transition, our goal is to create a space where they feel met—not analyzed, rushed, or overwhelmed.

Therapy here is meant to feel:

  • Steady
  • Collaborative
  • Emotionally safe
  • And deeply respectful of lived experience
