Founder | Clinical Director | Trauma, Attachment, and Somatic Therapist
Kristi M. Estrada is the founder of Healing Servant Team and a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, National Certified Counselor, and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. Her work is rooted in trauma-informed care, somatic healing, attachment theory, and relationship-centered therapy, with a deep commitment to helping people heal with dignity, compassion, and hope.
Kristi became a therapist out of a deep desire to help people find healing in places that have felt painful, hidden, overwhelming, or hard to put into words. She believes meaningful therapy is not about rushing people past their pain, but about helping them feel safe enough to understand what has shaped them, reconnect with themselves, and move toward healing in ways that are deeply human and sustainable.
Training and Clinical Foundations
Kristi’s clinical work is supported by specialized training in trauma, somatic healing, attachment, and relational therapy. She is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, and her work continues to be shaped by ongoing learning in trauma restoration, nervous system regulation, attachment-based care, and the relational process of healing.
Her approach is informed not only by theory and formal training, but also by years of sitting with individuals, couples, families, and clinicians in the tender and meaningful work of change. She values being a lifelong learner and believes the best care comes from both strong clinical foundations and a deep respect for the humanity of the people being served.
Supervision, Mentorship, and Leadership
In addition to clinical work, Kristi is passionate about supervising, mentoring, and supporting developing clinicians. She values helping associate-level therapists grow in confidence, skill, ethical clarity, and the thoughtful use of self in their work.
Her approach to supervision is warm, reflective, trauma-informed, and grounded in both clinical competence and the deeper formation of the therapist. She believes good supervision should offer a space for learning, discernment, accountability, and growth, while also making thoughtful room for the ways a clinician’s lived experience, internal responses, and relational patterns may shape their work.
Who I Work With
Kristi works with individuals, couples, families, and fellow clinicians, and she is especially drawn to work involving trauma, attachment wounds, nervous system dysregulation, relational pain, grief, and the long process of restoration.
She cares deeply about creating a space where people feel safe enough to heal at a pace that honors their capacity, story, and readiness.
A Place Where Healing Can Begin
Kristi’s hope is that people who come to Healing Servant Team experience more than
clinical support alone. She wants them to encounter care that is steady, human, and
grounded enough to help them begin again with greater clarity, connection, and hope.
Whether someone is seeking therapy, supervision, or a place to take the next meaningful
step, her desire is to offer care that honors both the pain people carry and the healing that
is still possible.
